Bailes travels to Ultimate Motorsports Park for Ultimate SE finale
On Saturday afternoon, Ross Bailes got behind the wheel of a Brian Nuttall Jr.-owned car for the $7,500 Ultimate Southeast Series finale at Ultimate Motorsports Park (Elkin, N.C.).
Among 31 Late Models in the pit area, Ross missed the setup in qualifying but rallied in his B-Main to transfer to the 40-lap main event. Rolling off from the deep in the pack, Bailes was an early retiree on lap 16 and was scored 19th.
