Ross Bailes attends Ginger Owens Memorial at Cherokee Speedway
On Sunday afternoon, Ross Bailes took over driving duties of the Larry Timms-woned No. 99 machine Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Sunday afternoon to compete in the Ginger Owens Memorial March Madness.
Bailes took home a heat race victory and started third in the $15,000-to-win main event before a couple flat tires relegated him to a 13th-place outing.
